其實香港而家所有人都好夜瞓包括依家仲睇緊Facebook嘅你同我,夜瞓好似已經成為香港人嘅習慣。冇錯香港呢一個生活環境壓力真係好大,無論有一起身搭車返工直到上班直到放工逼地鐵🤦🏿‍♂️好似冇1秒鐘係可以放鬆。但係你估唔估到壓力另一個原因可能係關太夜訓影響 ?嚇親,今次鏗鏘集好好地描述左香港人夜瞓嘅,透過一個家庭七日實驗,好有身同感受的感覺😂(11點鐘瞓唔着玩吓手機玩到凌晨先瞓覺)估唔到原來瞓唔單止會影響健康更加會影響情緒😨 #睇完真係迫自己同埋自己身邊嘅人要早啲訓

If you often find yourself counting sheep for hours, then you could well be amongst the 40 percent of Hongkongers who now suffer from some degree of insomnia. According to local university studies, adults in Hong Kong sleep only 6 hours and up to 2 million people suffer from some kind of insomnia.
